Admission Form and Information

2024-2025年度的新生(2021年或以前出生的學童)入學申請表，可由 2023 年 9 月 1 日開始，於本網頁下載或親臨本校索取。家長填妥表格後，可連同所需資料及報名費親臨本校遞交；或將報名表連同所需文件副本、相片及回郵信封等郵寄到本校(請勿郵寄現金)，本校收到信件後將會致電與家長聯絡繳交正本文件事宜。如對申請事宜有任何查詢，請致電 2349 0221 與本校聯絡。

2024-2025 new students (child who was born in 2021 or before) admission application form can be downloaded from this website or obtained in person on 1 September 2023. Parents can bring al ng the required documents and application fee in person after filling in the form, or submit the form with the copy of required documents, photos and self-addressed envelopes by post (Do not send cash), we will contact parents to submit original documents after receiving the application. If you have any enquiries about the application, please feel free to contact us at 2349 0221.
